What will they think of next? Do women really need support for their breasts?
I'm talking about this weird infomercial that I came across recently. It's called Kush and it is an accessory that fits comfortably in the cleavage area. The aim, according to the ad, is to provide much needed support when the woman is asleep.
Seriously? Women of all shapes and sizes have been getting along just fine without a 'Kush' for hundreds of years now. I mean, did your grandmother ever say the following words:
”You kids have so many useful devices now. In my day we made do without any of this nonsense ...”
Grandma pauses.
“But you know what I wouldn't mind having? A kush! No, not that mountain range .... although in my day, I did have a lot of suitors.”
Imagine your Grandma laughing and doing that all-knowing elbow nudge.
“That would have really helped drive away those sleepless nights”, says Grandma to sum up a rather traumatizing conversation with her grandchildren.
I would like to apologize for any scary images this might have brought up in your mind. I just realized I would never want to have this conversation with my own grandmother.
My point is, no one ever mentions this as a common complaint. Granted, I can understand women who had surgery needing such accessories. But your average woman who has not been to the surgeon recently? Seriously?
I've checked around and it's not a joke. There is an official website and one reviewer on a separate site who also mentions this accessory. I am glad to know the reviewer was equally baffled with the Kush.
