Pieceless Puzzle

Oh my word! They actually made a product like this? Apparently this caters to folks who fret and worry about lost jigsaw pieces. You know how random pieces climb out of the window disappear in the middle of the night? Not to forget the odd pieces that are eaten by pets. How about when you get really angry by being unable to solve a puzzle and heave the box of pieces at the wall? Yea, this appeals to all of them and those who would love to solve a puzzle but need a helpful FAQ for putting it together. Wonder if puzzle shops tuck this away at the back, amongst the slightly goofier toys.

That's why you end up with this epic fail – the pieceless puzzle! Basically, you have a jigsaw puzzle where all the bits are connected to one another. This way nothing is lost. All the pieces are all joined together. Go on, simply pick up the completed puzzle, shake it about and it ends up as a … connected mess? Are you kidding me?! Doesn't this defeat the entire purpose of a jigsaw puzzle? Because the pieces are connected to one another, assembling it is like following an Ikea self-assembly guide. Am I giving them too much credit with the Ikea reference? I love that bit in the infomercial when they throw it down a slide. Why, was that for folks who love anthropomorphizing inanimate objects? Pretend your pieceless puzzle is your slide buddy? I know I am going on about this but I bet I will find a few indignant folk who love this puzzle. As it is, I personally know a few who love the Snuggie!
