Why can't these things work? Funny infomercial bloopers

 Instead of checking out just one ad, I opted for infomercial bloopers this week. Some of them were bad, some were understandable mistakes and some were annoying little brats. Regarding the latter, I am referring to the number of folk who tag their videos as bloopers while it is really a homemade clip of two pimply kids trying to be funny. Other than the deceptively titled videos, I did find a few gems in this collection.

I want to howl at your moon!I want to howl at your moon!"After checking to ensure that the shirt would properly cover my girth, I walked from my trailer to Wal-mart with the shirt on and was immediately approached by women. The women knew from the wolves on my shirt that I, like a wolf, am a mysterious loner who knows how to 'howl at the moon' from time to time (if you catch my drift!). The women that approached me wanted to know if I would be their boyfriend and/or give them money for something they called meth. I told them no, because they didn't have enough teeth, and frankly a man with a wolf-shirt shouldn't settle for the first thing that comes to him.

Did someone really make this ad? Er, you really expect me to believe this? First things first. Some folks created a product called AromaTrim that will cut down on cravings. Well, all good and well. We need more products like that, lots of folks are worried about weight and heart disease and other ailments. Yes, that's what I thought before I started watching this video.

I'm talking about this weird infomercial that I came across recently. It's called Kush and it is an accessory that fits comfortably in the cleavage area. The aim, according to the ad, is to provide much needed support when the woman is asleep.

We should call it – 'Things you shouldn't do on TV'. Especially if you are advertising a questionable product. Don't get me wrong. The Flex-o-Ladder idea was a workable concept. But including advert bloopers as part of the sales pitch chases away any good impressions.
